Our company
The concept of a modern memorial originated from Anita van Bokhorst and José Visser. From their idea, José designed the memorial tree, shortly before her sudden death in 2016.
Lovingly, Anita and José’s husband Diederik Everts continue the (Dutch) company Gedenk-Bomen. There are now many dozens of memorial trees in the Netherlands and several other European countries. All countries have dedicated team members to work with you.

Our product line
Memorial trees are available in three standard sizes: 320 cm, 220 cm, and 120 cm. Even smaller memorial trees of 60 cm or 80 cm (without the capacity for memorial leaves) have also been specially developed as individual grave headstones, markers and memorials. The latest addition to our product line is a 220 cm flat, wall mounted memorial tree.
Ordering memorial leaves
Our customers have access to a private dedicated webshop for easy online ordering of bespoke memorial leaves for their memorial tree(s).
